Hurst heating and air in Knoxville Tennessee has mostly kids doing their work for them. I had met with the owner Jeff at my house for a service call. He found the problem with my unit, but had to order the part. Upon his return I noticed it wasn't him. It looked to me a little kid showed up for him. As a matter of fact it was two little boys showed up. I watched these kids and noticed in my opinion they were far from being a experienced tech. I would not refer this company to anyone.
