It's a horrible experience to hiring him as a architect. He quotes us a price but end up charge 3 times more. The product is lower than expectation. He doesn't "DESIGN" anything. The whole time I am struggling with his lack of design ability. If I knew how to use CAD design software, I can do it myself. I keep telling him please help me with some idea but he didn't. The money I paid is for custom home design architect but I didn't get that. So, I will suggest if you want to hire him, you better off draw your idea down and hire a college kid to do it. This
