At TRI Tae Kwon Do, we believe that it’s never too late for anyone to begin learning martial arts. We provide martial arts lessons to children and adults. We offer our members all the physical, mental and philosophical benefits of the ancient martial art by emphasizing coordination, flexibility, and leg strength. Our pee wee class has a specialized, fun-filled learning program for pre-school children or those between the ages of 3 and 4. We also offer martial arts lessons to children older than 4 years old. Mom, dad, and teenagers can take up martial arts lessons. Our martial arts classes for adults feature a system of symmetrical mind and body exercises and technical skills designed to increase self-defense and overall fitness.
