Absolute worst service I ever had. Only thing this dealership can do is find ways to avoid using your warranty. Brought it in for 1. Oil Change 2.Air conditioner screaming and whining and not working 3 Inspection sticker 4. Battery wouldn't hold charge (would run after jump but not restart) First off was told thereis a $95 diagnotic fee which is ridiculous - have never been charged it before nor had I ever heard something so silly before. Diagnosing is part of fixing and you are already overpaying (ie - it is figured into) book rates for repairs. Secondly, although the b
