It actually should be zero stars or negative stars. If you love your pets, do not take them here. Dr. Ryan killed my beloved 5 year old Boxer Bear. I filed a Complaint with the Vet Board and they found violations of gross negligence, failure to refer to an emergency animal clinic for overnight observation, as well as ethical and medical records violations. I wish to God I had never set foot in that office and my Bear would be alive today. Please stay away for the safety of your pets.
