My family rented a van from this place to travel out of state to pick up my elderly mom. This van after we traveled on road and made to our destination, the alternator conked out. The van was a supposedly 2005 Caravan. It had alot of miles over 200,000, but it seemed fine on the road. The owner did compensate us for our hotel stay that we had to pay for and used up our spending money. We had no transporation or money to eat at first. We were stranded 4 days and paid for the van for 2 days from Wens to Friday to be returned. Drove and got use out of the van for 6 hours
