This shop owner sells damaged/defective merchandise, and then hides behind their no return or exchange policy written into their web site. The doll I purchased had a badly stained dress, and even after sending this seller the photos of the doll, they refused to acknowledge it, saying it was impossible and expecting me to go to the manufacturer of the doll for reimbursement. This was a retired doll, and the manufacturer couldn't replace it. Unscrupulous business practice.
