Never had issues over the years with the Richmond location until today. We decided to take advantage of the 10.00 off with a $60 purchase coupon. After the cashier totaled everything up (approx. $62 worth) we were told by the supervisor that they could not honor the coupon unless they went back and added tax to our purchase. We have been shopping here for 4 years and always used their coupons with no issues! Why now? The only explanation was they couldn t charge tax on the fruit tree ($36) because it was considered an food item, similar to what a grocer
