The Summit Tea Room is gross! The food is horrible and is never the same. The manager, David, is rude. He invites himself to sit at your table while you are trying to act like you anjoy your meal. He never shuts up and acts as if he is high or drunk all the time. I don't want someone like that around me. He will give you a $10 gift certificate good for the next time you come in if you complain about the food. I left the certificate on the table because I would never put myself or my family thru that torture again! The prices are too high for this area and especi
