I visited their store to see what kind of reception I received and was pleasantly suprised. I was greeted quickly and given a tour of the selections. They actually listened to what my likes and dislike were,helped me choose and I also found blinds I did not know existed. We set an appointment, chose colors, Pat placed my order and Bruce installed about three weeks later. There was a slight problem with shipping damage which was handled quickly to my satisfaction and all is well . I will definately reccomend them to my family and friends. I actually came into their sto
