Dr. "B" -- Binh Nuygen -- is wonderful -- low key, very meticulous in identifying your problems through questions and careful, hands-on examination, and very gentle and skilled once he has zeroed in on the problem. As a bonus, his rates are extremely reasonable, and he is willing to work through the byzantine claim procedures of private health insurers and Medicare.
