Had last minute itinerary that I needed to put together. Spoke with an agent named Yasmeen who told me that she would help me out. I called her all day because she was not calling me regarding the itinerary. Finally, she emailed me and after I approved it I gave her my credit card number. She charged the card and then told me that I had to come to the office the next day to pick up the tickets. The next day I went to the office, and after some weird comments from her she told me that I did not have any tickets to pick up it was all on the computer and everything was already
