The technician Pro Overhead door so proudly advertises as being so well trained installed our garage door wrong. He left out the bushing that stabilizes the shaft thru the tensions springs. As a result the shaft was cut in to over time (6 years) like you had used a pipe cutter on it. Pro Overhead's attitude when informed of the mistake was 'That's to bad'. I will never use them again and you would be foolish to have them install your door. Keep their 'well trained' technicians away from your house.
