Had to send out pancakes back, cold. Waitress rude,did not come over to see if we needed anything. Had to track her down to bring us more coffee. My eggs and hashbrowns were luke warm but did not send those back. Had to wait an additional 12 minutes for my pancakes. Eventually called the manager over and explained to him what was taking place. He assured us he would have a talk with the waitress. Every time we go to Dennys, our food sits on the counter and by the time it arrives it is cold. They are noted for this. It is unacceptable.
