the office staff were extremely unprofessional rude. did i mention unprofessional? they decided the day before my scheduled appointment that they were not going to allow me to be seen, because my insurance was paying other clients' claims late. so after receiving a full mailbox message when contacting me through voicemail, they decided that one unsuccessful attempt was good enough. so after driving 45 minutes to the office, we had to wait 40 minutes before even filling out forms. after the forms were complete and handed back in, we were told we "would be an i
