Yesterday, I needed an emergency tire replacement. When called, I was told it could be taken care of immediately and quoted a price. Upon arrival, within 10 minutes, the price changed (upwards) and the wait was 1 1/2 hour. No one claimed to have received my call, until finally, the manager admitted to have been the one to answer my call. I'm sure the tire is great, but the manager lost a customer due to lack of honesty.
