Used this company twice...my mistake. First time...they gave me an estimate and gouged me on the installation. Went waay over the estimate. Theatened to put a lien on my new house if I didn't pay the installation. I paid, but not the amount the installer came up with. A real gouge job! The installers are the problem. Second time...sold me a remote with a thermostat, but, only told me it had to be wired differently as I was walking out the door. I have no wiring experience. Had a wall unit installed in my garage and he ran the gas line on the garage wall, instead of b
