We've been using this Fantastic Sam's location for 13 years, starting when my boys attended Cheyenne Elementary School which was directly across the street. Sure, it was convenient, but that wasn't the reason we kept coming back! We have always received great service, and if the cut wasn't what we wanted (even if we'd come home already before we discovered this), adjustments were made with a smile. I especially like Kim, but all the stylists are good. Brenda, the owner, takes great care to make sure her salon is in ship-shape order
