My Mother lived here for over a year and a half before having to go to assisted living with two months left on her lease. Never missed a payment, helped her neighbors, and even decorated the outside. Mr. Robert J. Welby, the apartment owner, sent her a bill for $815 for damages after forfeiting $500 for an early release from her lease. Charges : $500 painting, $125 Carpet Cleaning. $75 Housekeeping, $75 Replace Blinds, $40 Towel bars. You be the judge. Does this sound like the person you want to do business with?
