The person who runs this business is named Al Richter and he does Horrible work and is one of the most horrible landlords in mankato, mn and i would never recoomend someone to rent from him or to hire him for repairs on anything. This man is a lousy good for nothing landlord who will only take advantage of you and your money. I rented a mobile home from him for 3 years and he would never fix anything. We called him on multiple ocassions to fix water leaks and they never got fixed. Also in the winter our pipes froze every other day and this so call landlord or as i lik
