wow that person in the other review must have the wrong groomer. i have been taking my pets to groovy grooming for 3 years now i have 2 cats and 4 big dogs and they have never came home with so much as a hair outta place or razor burn shila and justin (owners) love all animals from what i can tell. geese my dogs practially jump out the window to get in when they see groovy grooming. also shila lets the animals run around freely behind the doors and play with all the other pets that are their its kinda like a indoor dog park except i get to drop off my pet and when i pic
