I felt it was a total waste of money. I paid $150.00 and was told that because my dog was a puppy, that the training may have to be repeated a couple of times, but if I didn't recieve satisfaction that that some of my money would be refunded. I went to the store, after I was told that my dog would not pass, that I couldn't get a refund. Then when I relayed the part about when they said I could get a refund on some of the classes, the young ladies at the cash register act like they didn't know anything about it, called the manager up front who then began to give me the 3rd d
