First off the office personnel are incompetent to bill you or even keep your records atraight no matter how many times you tell them your insurance info. The assistance never smile and are rude to the parent and child during the visit. They hand you a sheet to sign and tell you your insurance covers everything then you get a nasty bill later. My insurance company said they are the worst, can't get billing straight......so you end up with the bill. If you call them to try and get it cleared the nasty office manager tells you to pay it and hangs up. DO not take your poor kid
