In these very hard economic times, I have NEVER encountered a company so rude! A payment was late due to a situation at my bank to no fault of my own and was given 4 days or power would be shut off. Well they shut it off right away! They still would not (after paying full balance in cash only - because that is all they would accept, take off $150 in fees! This was a lie on their part and some of us are struggling. You cannot get anyone there to help or to listen.
