THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! EVERYONE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. I took my pets, a cat and a dog, last Saturday there for grooming. They took 7 hours to groom my pets and whenever I went to pick them up the place was closed and when we called them they said our pets were in the boarding facility to be sold because we were 1 hour late. They said we couldn%u2019t get our pets, just in the next morning in case they were not sold yet!!! Can you believe it? They never told us they would do that and I never signed any paper saying this.
