12-13-11 I had a driver check into this motel following a major accident. This driver was lucky to be alive. Half an hour after check in this driver was notified it would be necessary to return to dfw immediately. When she went to the front office the clerk treated her very rudely. The clerk not only refused to give her any refund whatsoever, she took the room key from the driver and ordered her out of the lobby. Now the driver was stranded outside with no ride and no shelter. This woman, Lou, who claims she is the owner of the motel, speaks very poor Eng
