I have dealt with this company for years. I have never had a problem with them until now. My account has been paid since October 2012. They had the title to my car. They have been mailing the title back to me since October 2012 and it is now Jan 2013 and guess what.......no title.. I called every couple of weeks to get some answers on the status of the title. I have gotten the run around. I gave them 2 addresses to mail it to me but it never arrived. I spoke with the Manager, who was so rude, and was told if I wanted a new title I needed to pay them $20.00. My a
