On Saturday August 13, 2011 I called Action Water Well and Pump Service hoping to get help with my water well that was not working. The woman I spoke with told me she would have some one call me right back, I waited until 1pm Sunday to call again. This time I got a call back from "Rick" with Action Water Well, I explained to Rick what work I had done and knew I need to have my well pump pulled and replaced Rick told me it would cost $1700 to change the pump, I asked if that included new pipe, and pump. Rick said no that is just pulling the old pump out and
