Horrible experience. Was physically and verbally assaulted in my own home by the owner--after he and his people did thousands of dollars of damage to my home when they were contacted by my ins., AFI, concerning minor water damage caused by a roof leak. Thinking all "other" costs would be out-of-pocket I assume, and knowing I am an Army officer's (LTC) widow, these people intentionally caused extensive further damage to my home, then didn't return phone calls; when finally did come, over 1500 sq.ft. of my home was wet: carpet and furniture ruined.
