My family was on a ski vacation for the first time in Park City, UT and El Chubasco was recommended to us by one of the locals. The restaurant is in a small strip mall and doesn't have a large dining room, but it's cozy and familiar and after skiing / snowboarding, I don't think there is anything more comforting than a great mexican meal. El Chubasco has a fabulous salsa bar with more freshly made salsas than I've ever seen at any restaurant and some of the fruit salsas pair wonderfully with the fish tacos. I had a great enchilada and tostada platter that came with beans
