To celebrate my engagement to my fiancé in early February, my parents decided to take us out to dinner at Venice to celebrate. We decided to sit in the restaurant rather than in the sky bar to order drinks and dinner. We were seated at 7:00 in the slightly (but not outrageously) busy restaurant. It took 10 minutes for a server to come to bring us bread and water. Then it took another 10 minutes for a waitress to come to take our drink order.
