I entered into two contracts totalling nearly $85,000.00 to have a pool removed and a new one installed and additional sidework done. I should have known from the start that I had made a very bad choice. Delays and excuses started immediately. I got most things under control by cutting payments to equal work preformed as done. On 11/18 we needed to give him a full payment exceeding $15,300.00 to cover things that needed to be paid and things that absolutely needed to be ordered.
