My family left our St. Bernard there for four days. Upon pickup, he smelled of urine and was limping! I had called a day before and they mentioned that he was limping earlier, but was fine now. What a lie! I'm pretty sure that they didn't bother to clean up his urine and let him sleep in it... What kind of hotel treats their customers like that?! Don't bring your pet here!!!
