My son and I went to Super Shoes Jan 18 2010 to buy a pair of boots for his birthday. When we went downstairs a salesman passed us without saying a word. Once we got to the boot display we realized there were no other salesmen downstairs. After browsing for about 10 minutes no one bothered coming downstairs to assist us. We decided to leave the store. The man that passed us earlier was standing there shooting the breeze with a female salesperson. If I was the boss these people would be fired!
