I worked over twenty years as a customer service representative in the military. This business is lacking integrity when it comes to providing good customer service. I purchased about 16 boxes of tiles from them in good fate, only to find the tiles were defective. I went to return the defective tiles for good ones. I found out that this particular shipment had extensive damage. I was told to exchange the individual defective tiles for good ones.
