I met Joan in Palm Springs Ca.,she made me feel comfortable with the possibility of having her staff watch my dog's.I set up an appointment, and it was CONFIRMED for a consult with my boys. NOW she is saying she has to "PASS" on it...??? What kind of business is run like this? She obviously doesn't want my business. OR could it be a BIAS toward the city of DESERT HOT SPRINGS,which where I live? I said let's make another date for a consult STILL to no avail,"WE HAVE TO PASS" PASS? Who tell's a prospective client that? I am very dissapointed and will protest this FETCH corp.
