They repair a unit once its empty to entice someone new to move in. Once you are in, complaints go ignored and nothing gets repaired for months at a time. If you are lucky to get a repair they then increase your rent forcing the renter to pay for it. Makowsky Ringel & Greenburg manages this complex as well as others. They are an extremely irresponsible company. I myself have suffered injuries multiple times due to lack of repairs but this company refuses to be responsible in helping you when they are at fault for injuring you.
