The office manager is VERY rude. Instead of processing my application, she walked their dog and went home early. It was only 4:30 pm and the place states its hours are from 9-6 daily. Additionally, I contacted the office 4 times to fax me an application that is a minimal task that was NEVER done. When I arrived, I waited almost an hour to test drive one car! Be aware that the prices on the windshield are not what they want. This is highly deceptive and not good business practices. This is a ploy to get people in there. Not worth the time or the gas to go to this p
