I don't even want to give them a star, I would rather give them the finger !! When I walked in, they acted like they were upset and I received the worse customer service experience I ever had. They do not take the above and beyond attitude that most dealerships take. Trust me, travel to Palo Alto and you will receive the best treatment you can ask for.
