The review written by Concerned99 was written on February 5, 2007 and was an attempt to avoid payment of a legal and valid debt from 2006 that had been referred to an outside collection agency. We prepared the 2004 individual income tax returns for Taxpayers. In 2005, they formed a new business partnership. The Taxpayers returned to our office on March 8, 2006 to have their 2005 individual and partnership returns (Form 1065) prepared.
