The review written by Concerned99 was written on February 5, 2007 and was an attempt to avoid payment of a legal and valid debt from 2006 that had been referred to an outside collection agency. We prepared the 2004 individual income tax returns for Taxpayers. In 2005, they formed a new business partnership. The Taxpayers returned to our office on March 8, 2006 to have their 2005 individual and partnership returns (Form 1065) prepared. At that time, the Taxpayers still had a delinquent invoice for accounting work that we performed for the partnership in January 2
