Sihing Adrian is the best martial arts instructor he not only has the skills but the ability to explain and transform your body into being able to do amazing things, he always answers my questions as well as pushes me to be the best that I can be mentally and physically ,even when I don't think I can. He is the highest trained Wing Tsun Instructor in the east bay (Oakland Area) and the Only Latosa Escrima Instructor in the Oakland Area.
