Think kickboxing is just for teenagers and young adults? Think again! I%u2019m a middle-aged woman who%u2019s been taking classes at iLovekickboxing in St. Paul for nearly 2-1/2 years. I%u2019m stronger, more confident and have met some great people. The instructors demonstrate the proper techniques, really motivate you and help you work around any limitations. The music is upbeat and it%u2019s just awesome to punch and kick a heavy bag. Leave your stress on the mat, build muscle and burn fat!
