Ordered Item on March 9 2012. received item on March 16 2012 item was defective. Called for RMA asked if they had more in stock other wise I wanted a refund%2C was told they had more in stock so did RMA for exchange. 2 weeks%2C 3 phone calls%2C and 2 promises for call backs %28which I did not get a call back%29later I was told they did not have more in stock. As of today April 2 2012 this part still states it is in stock on the web site. This company is a joke. When you call you get the same female every time and you can not talk to anyone but her%2C she says other departme
