Ordered Item on March 9 2012. received item on March 16 2012 item was defective. Called for RMA asked if they had more in stock other wise I wanted a refund, was told they had more in stock so did RMA for exchange. 2 weeks, 3 phone calls, and 2 promises for call backs (which I did not get a call back)later I was told they did not have more in stock. As of today April 2 2012 this part still states it is in stock on the web site. This company is a joke. When you call you get the same female every time and you can not talk to anyone but her, she says other departme
