When my daughter graduated high school we had a party at our home. I was worried about her friends, but it was one of my friends that spilled a glass of red wine all over my oriental rug. I called the carpet cleaners right away, and they came that day (after the party ended of course). We went on a trip right after the party, and they held onto the rug for an extra week free of charge. They were honest, the rug was clean, I highly recommend this business.
