They get negative stars from me. Terrible experience! I wish I would have read these other posts before I went with this company. If you think you can actually get a hold of a manager, or someone other than the receptionist, you are dead wrong. After 2 weeks of constantly calling, my wife was finally able to get a hold of a manager. He told her straight out he doesn't like returning calls... WHAT?!?! He also said that he was going to get us some rebate information.... Still waiting on that. It's been 2 months. This is a crooked and shady company. I guess
