Just a faker. He is just a guy who sent out their people for getting the money, and donig nothing. This is my story: The new water heater was not working after 2 years, he sent out a kid to deal with my tenant who just switched the heater on ($115). One week later, same problem, this time they replaced a (working) termostat and charged $232. The kid said to my tenant: "why do you mind, if you're not paying?" Some months later same problem.
