They have lost several of my higher end shirts and simply failed to do anything to try and help, actually indicating that I must be mistaken about the count of items. In the latest episode (the final one) they held a jacket for 2 weeks that was "lost" and then finally, when I saw it on a rack, they indicated that they hadn't cleaned it because it had leather. THey said they had called to tell me, as my need was to have it within two weeks, and my caller id shows no call from them since dropping it off. The skills for communication are less than necessary
