I was referred by a friend to Frosty's. Honestly, I was not impressed by the outside. It's old, and is not at all modern and updated, like the "Generican" (generic American) restaurants I come across a lot. Really, it's an old-style roadside cafe. I would have almost thought they were not even in business. But then I saw the neon "OPEN" sign, so I knew there must be life inside. That's the "hidden" part.
