I have lived in six apartments and dealt with six management companys in my life and my experience with Tosoko Inc's The Arches in Stanton Ca is easily the worst.Tosoko Inc is so immoral that they will lie to and steal from the homeless. In my less than three years at The Arches I had four water pipes break. Twice the apartment above me had breaks that flooded my bathroom and kitchen and requiered my bathroom ceiling and and walls to be patched. A pipe broke in my bedroom wall that flooded my bedroom rug and a pipe broke in the kitchen flooding it. Their patch work
