If there was a way to give no stars I would. They are very disrespectful. You should go somewhere else. This lady in the shop, is one woman who actually grooms the animals. The other people in the shop clean. I took my dog in for his appointment at 9:00 at 12:30 they had not even gotten to him, and he was the first dog there. I was on my way because they said I would not be able to pick my dog up up 7pm. I advised her if she doesn't have enough time MAYBE she shouldn't take every appointment. She obviously has too many pets to groom, and not enough time. Not o
